Plot

After his yakuza boss is brutally murdered, Kakihara (Tadanobu Asano) embarks on a blood hunt for a mysterious killer known as "Ichi" (Nao Omori). After sifting through piles of mutilated bodies, the trail ends on a tormented youngster whose shy demeanor hides a disturbed passion.
