Han Joon-Hyuk (Hwang Jung-Min) is a veteran reporter for a newspaper. He first became a reporter to pursue justice, but he is now conflicted between idealism and pragmatism. Han Joon-Hyuk must also deal with personal issues as a husband and father.

"Hush" takes over the JTBC's Friday & Saturday 23:00 time slot previously occupied by "More Than Friends" and followed by "Beyond Evil" on February 19, 2021.
Based on novel "Chimmookjoouibo" by Jung Jin-Young (published March 26, 2018 by Moonhak Soochup).
First script reading took place September, 2020 in South Korea.
Ep.7 & 8 will not air Friday, January 1, 2021 and Saturday, January 2, 2021 as originally scheduled. Ep.7 & 8 will air the following week on Friday, January 8, 2021 and Saturday, January 9, 2021.

Bong Zero Feb 22 2021 8:48 am Beautifully done. If you enjoyed Black Dog or other office drama, you might like this one, or if you're into journalism-theme drama. I love how every actor or actress did not out-shined each other, all of them stand out.

It is slow but as you watch it, you'll understand why.

No Pain No Gain!

Dee Dee Feb 15 2021 6:28 am As some people might already said, yes this is not everyone's cup of tea but mine for sure. Kinda slow but I personally still enjoyed it. Many valuable moral lesson & intriguing turning events. And surprisingly I like their bond eventho mostly we only get to see them having a full team conversation during break or after-work dinner. Oh, and the idea of putting food as the title for each eps is interesting :)

gik Feb 06 2021 7:52 am Can anyone explain to me the MP Go solicitation case? I'm on ep14 already and still cannot figure it out. For everyone who is about to watch this drama, it will be quite hard to understand some part of it, you may have to pause and think to actually figure what they are doing. Don't get me wrong, that doesnt mean it's bad. This drama has its own of genre that would captivate you into watching it. Recommended!

When i watch hush, i feel like i watch prison playbook but newspaper office version. There is no regret to start watching this drama. Highly recommended, esp for you who love slice of life genre~

lee Nov 15 2020 7:00 am I can't wait to see Hwang Jung-Min in a drama omg. He's one of Korea's greatest and respected actors. He's only done movies during the past years so this really feels new. He's such an amaizng actor. If anyone wants to get to know him before the drama starts, yall should check out his movies. Everything's good but I recommend Ode to my Father, New World and A Violent Prosecutor. You won't regret it! Korea's movie industry has a lot of gems, and this man right here is in a lot of them.
