Set within the backdrop of an emergency room at a hospital. Kang Jae-In (Hwang Jung-Eum) is the heiress of Ikhyo Foundation, which owns a medical university and five hospitals, but Jae-In is unaware that she is the heiress. Jae-In only cares about her ex-boyfriend.
Notes
- "Golden Time" takes over the MBC Mondays & Tuesdays 21:55 time slot previously occupied by "Lights and Shadows" and followed by "The King's Doctor" in September, 2012.
- Filming takes place in the port city of Busan, South Korea.
- First script reading took place May 14, 2012, on the 6th floor of the Ilsan MBC Dream Center in South Korea.
- Filming began May 26, 2012 on a road outside of Busan, South Korea. First scene filmed involved a car crash with leads Lee Sun-Kyun and Hwang Jung-Eum. The scene took 2 nights and 3 days to finish.
- Ep.10 was originally scheduled to air August 7, 2012, but aired a week later on August 13, 2012 due to the London Olympics.
