Set in the 1980s. Drama series contains the work and love of a woman named In-Ae (Hwang Jung-Eum).

Gwang-Hoon (Ryu Soo-Young) is an ambitious man. He is from the eldest son from a poor family. In-Ae sees her mother’s death and decides to take revenge. Gwang-Cheol (Jung Kyoung-Ho) is Gwang-Hoon’s younger brother. Since he was a child, he never stopped loving In-Ae who is his older brother's lover.

KdramaNoona Feb 27 2017 12:22 pm I am just at episode 8. And I find it draggy. Yes the plot is great. But I feel like they could wrap it up faster. One scenario would take more than 3 episode which is making it boring. It reminds me of Secret love which was wrapped up in less episode. I also dislike the role of Hwang Jung Reum. She is so hateful. The best thing in this drama is Jung Kyung Ho.

He doesnt deserve her. 37 ep Kwang cheol was always besides her, the ending make this drama story pointless. Why would the writer developed the story between kwang cheol and In Ae for almost entire episodes but In Ae ended up with Kwang Hoon who was never there for her.? I just dont get it, pointless..

In Ae's suffering made me cry. she indeed went thru' painful moments. but im glad that the drama ended well. she was able to fulfill her dream despite all the bad things she went thrugh. Kwang cheol was my best actor. he was always there for In Ae. his love for In Ae defined the drama's title. His Love was indeed Endless. thanks the entire cast and crew for this great drama.

Inhya Apr 09 2015 10:07 pm Se Gyung and Gwang Cheol are a couple in the end and they have a son and baby together. The bomb does go off and Park Young Tae also died. Does it all have to be shown to know for sure? Let your imagination run free. The lead actors and actress are powerless in the beginning because they were poor etc., but they all had a dream so they climbed up to the top and educated themselves. That's what the story is about. They never gave up on their dreams. Maybe their revenge plans didn't go as planned but they're all satisfied in the end. Endless Love, it's everywhere in the drama, between people, their dreams and their lifes. Endless love for each other that they all put their lifes on the line. I loved the drama, the hope, spirit and love that the lead actress and actors had is amazing.

Was the producer too cheap to pay for two extra actors?...also what is with the ending... Did the bad guy die? Did the bomb go off? Who made Kim se gyeong pregnant whenshe shows up with big stomach in final episode? Do the brothers actually ifindout they really are not blood brothers? Too many unanswered stuff to be believable.

She keeps on provoking people she wants to avenge but if problems arises,all she does is whine like a child and tends to be so weak! So annoying! I love her in can you hear my heart and secret love but in this drama, she's full of arrogance and selfish! She acts lke she's always a victim. Jajingna.

It's should be endless FIGHT. No wonder ratings are low//Nonsense fighting about politics and revenge. SBS should just focus on making romantic comedy drama. When it comes to making heavy drama with a long episodes , they can nver beat MBC/with romcom/ SBS is the best. Endless love is such a depressing drama.

How is it park t.y being arrested and then in court. At what point did kwang chu and se kyun got together. And when did k.c older brother become on good term with the wife, last seen she argued with family. The ending was just summarized in one little package. The ending should of been more cleaner then what it was. ....

suci Oct 29 2014 12:20 pm Been watching this since the beginning bcos of the casts (HJE and JKH) and the story (politic, history, etc). I also realized that it'd be another makjang. but the last 2eps which were so ruined made it became truly terrible makjang of the year. Everything seemed to be bitterly forced. Obviously seen from the time Gwang Chul struggle to live hardly far away in Japan that title Endless Love made for. So sorry writer-nim, but you ruined it all.

Bonnie Katzell Oct 28 2014 12:03 am This was well done, debate in the group That I am in was that the writer was rushed to finish this and from what I heard they cut it short by 3 episodes which to me was a bummer. I do think that Han Hwang Cheol and Se Kyung ending up together was a blunder however Seeing Seo In Ae alone in the end was exactly how I seen it play out because of all she went through that was enough to scar her for life. Tho she turned out to be a powerful woman in the end.. As for the older brother Han Gwang-Hoon I also knew he would be the one raising his son because the mom Cheon Hye-Jin was to selfish all along and her idol threat was just a bluff.. I all in all seeing them all happy in the end was very nice.. I gave it a 9 out of 10 over all I think it could of been a 10 if they didn't cut it short like they did.. Thank you Endless Love team..

I waited to the end just to see what the writer will give Kwang Chul loves from In Ae in a way that he gives loves to her, but it disappoints me in the end. It takes Fashion King's path.

Andrea Oct 27 2014 2:00 pm Disappointing ending! KC should have ended up with In Ae. The title of the drama is Endless love! Endless love was something KC and In Ae shared. If you rewiew the drama you can watch as their relationships grows every step of the way. They have fun together,fight together , support one another, share all happiness and misery with eachother. What did Kwang Hoon do in the meantime? He felt sorry for himself and regreted everything he did during his life. I am a grown-up woman who lived half of her life .Personally i would have never chosen someone that has never been by my side. Was it love at first side for them? Maybe,but that doesn´t mean he had to be the one. We all see political fights over power,betrayals and lies in real life as well. Most important is with whom we overcome these difficulties. I do not agree with the writers and their point of view regarding KC and In Ae´s relationship.It ended before it almost started.Unfair! It really was.......

my3views Oct 27 2014 7:31 am This melodrama involves a love triangle of 2 brothers the Gwang-Hoonis the older and more studios and the current bf of In-Ae and his brother Gwang-Cheol who is younger and more of the maverick. Add a political backdrop and it makes for exciting and at times heart wrenching drama. Spicing up the tension, 2ndary characters Iron butterfly, and the evil secret service guy Young-Tae will turn your knuckles white with frustration. I hope that In-Ae opens her heart up to Gwang-Cheol who has never wavered in his devotion but I fear time is running out and tragedy is lurking just around the corner.

my3views Oct 27 2014 7:14 am I'm enjoying this melodrama with its' love triangle and political backdrop makes for exciting and at times heart wrenching watch. I do hope In Ae's opens up her heart towards Gwang-Cheol who is not demanding or obsessive but content with being a "ghost" lover. There is no doubt that Gwang-Hoon loved her but his fatal choice in protecting his career sets him apart and not truly worthy of from In Ae's love. My one fear is Gwang Cheol's love will not have the time to blossom to fruition as some tragedy will befall one of them. I sense a tragedy looming at the end- I hope not. The acting by all cast memebers is on point and true to their nature.

Jung Kyung Ho is excellent in this drama, the emotional depth that he gives to the character with all its flaws is a delight to watch. hope to see a lot more of him.

For people who like political melodrama, like me, it's totally addictive ;) Episode 32 is more than exciting... it's riddled with tense moments!! If you haven't seen this, and you like political/politicians/good and bad ones/ you will truly love this. With 8 more episodes, I hope the writers have done a great job in bringing everything together for a great ending !!!!!!

Eugene Sep 27 2014 9:30 pm It would be a terrible story-line for HKC to be with SK after all what the ringman did to KC's family and IA. Even if SL loves him deeply and truly but it's unacceptable, moreover, our leading role is SIA, please let the 2 leads come together at least at the end of this drama or everything will become meaningless, not as the title of the drama "ENDLESS LOVE". I know SK has no fault but that's the fate, they were born as enemies, the only way for everybody to forgive is SK help KC and IA and let the love for KC go with IA. The important key is the writer needs to open IS's heart for KC after all what they have been through. KC's love for IS is Endless Love so please don't ruin it and turn KC to SK's side. It would be very ridiculous and useless.

I the only one who's hopping for Han Gwang Cheol & Kim Se Gyung.... although it won't come true but i think that In Ae didn't really love Gwang Cheol as a lover. She feel indebted to Gwang Cheol for all the sacrifice that he has done for her. She also noticed that little by little that Gwang did felt something for Se Gyung....

p.s : I hope that Se gyung will be together with gwang cheol and In Ae with Tae Kyung

I have still not guessed ... but its good, may be the timeless music or the way directory lingers on the expressions the actors are giving. But very eye catching. However , I am tired of seeing Seo In Ae in hospital gown and with the deadpan expression. Please Mr/Ms writer proceed with her character it feels she is always in some other world dreaming !!!!

Cath Sep 02 2014 5:00 am I really hope that the storyline will end with Han Gwang-Cheol being a successful businessman who contributed immensely to build the economy of the country and gained the sincere love of Seo In-Ae who in turn also contributed to building up a more democratic country. Jung Kyoung-Ho has acted very well in this drama and hope that he will be given greater recognition.

Madeleine Jul 17 2014 9:51 pm I agree with Eleanor that the writing has been excellent up until now, and I hope writer(s) can continue like this because it is a 40 episode drama, but it has not been dull or repetitive and the great part is that I can really for once relate to In Ae's anger, rebellion, courage and tenacity. I think the actors are doing a great job because no matter how unlikely the plot - the emotions ring true. And I also appreciate the history lesson. Interesting that S Korea was still a dictatorship up until the recent past and understandable why the chaebol and politicians still have the special feeling of being better and more deserving than the ordinary people. Poor Seo Hyo-Rim - almost every roll I've seen her in she is a girl who desperately wants a man who doesn't give a rats axx for her.

I love the first eight episodes and I know there are still more to come and I can't wait on how the story will further unfold. So far, the writer hasn't done a wrong turn and I really hope that he/she will continue making the story an interesting pace.

walery Jul 13 2014 11:33 pm noo, I love Ryu Soo-Young and Jung Kyoung-Ho, they're both incredible actors, but I can't force myself to watch this drama... after eight episodes watched, although acting is really great, all I can see in the plot is non-stop crying, coming soon fighting between brothers for the female lead and really static future episodes.. I know it depends on individual taste, but for me this drama is just another boring 'tear maker' kind.. :/ fuf..

great credit to the main cast though for amazing acting (and crying) skills :P

hmm Jun 25 2014 3:55 am I kinda wanna watch this drama coz of the actress. But I don't dare. Two guys one girl? I'm seeing a potential ship war again. I might end up liking the hopeless ship again. I have enough with Doctor stranger which is still having a crazy intense ship war... I will just wait and see what people say about this
