It's hard not to like her as her character is one of the "good guys." She also has a unique look and style. A very realistic, and comfortable, portrayal of her character, 'Yoon Young-Sook.' I'll be looking forward to seeing more of her work in the future. Sixie Apr 22 2013 3:24 am I liked her in The King of Legend. aka The Great King. I am a bit disappointed in Samsaengi. They seem to be overacting. The main character is fine, but Do-yeon Kim and others overdo their facial expressions and this isn't a comedy. If it is what the director wants, it isn't her fault. I know she is capable of much more and I wish they would allow her to shine more. ) Gasenadi Dec 24 2012 2:44 pm I've seen Kim Do-Yeon in WISFC and A Jewel... but her role and performance in The Chaser will cement her in my memory forever. An unforgettable mother who exhibited as much strength as possible given the constant barrage of injustices.
