Heita Tomishima (Teppei Koike) has been working at a construction company for 3 years. He has worked at construction sites but was recently transferred to the sales team. Heita Tomishima then becomes involved in the illegal activity of bid rigging for the company. Heita Tomishima also finds out that his father's death was connected to bid rigging and now he contemplates whether to become a whistle blower or protect the company he works for.

- Based on novel "Tetsu no Hone" by Jun Ikeido (first published October 8, 2009 by Kodansha). Novel won the "Yoshikawa Eiji Prize for New Writers" and nominated for Naoki Prize.
