Plot
"The Partner" centers around two law firms as they struggle to defend the accused and those around them. Eun-ho Kang (Kim Hyun-Joo), a widowed single mother & attorney, tangles with the charismatic and ruthless attorney Tae-jo Lee (Lee Dong-Wook).
In the first two episodes the attorneys work on cases involving a step-brother chraged with murdering of his step-sister and a lawsuit between a wealthy mother-in-law and her divorced daughter-in-law.
Each successive episode will cover provocative cases like these, while also bringing to light the charms of the attorneys and their daily lives.
Notes
- "The Partner" will take over the KBS2 time slot previously occupied by "The Accidental Couple" and will be followed by "My Fair Lady" on August 19, 2009.

I just watch this drama. This drama is so cool and professional. LDW n KHJ are so cool as partner. I just don't understand one thing, in the end are they together as couple or not? I think I agree with other comments, i hope there is a sequel for this drama.

I really really really hope, there will be a sequel for this drama.....
i can't find such a perfect drama like "partner" nowdays....

i've just finished watching this 16-episode drama.. LDW was awesome, he has improved his acting. and whatever it is, he still remains my most fave korean actor.. go dong- wook!! ^,^

just finished watching the drama..
love the casts and story line..
but the ending is quite dissappointing...
anyways, lee dong wook is soo different from his character in my girl and i loved it!!!
wish to see more of lee dong wook in the future..
