Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki Staff ©
Two women are close friends and both 36 years old. Yoko Takakura (Yasuko Matsuyuki) is a mother of a 5-year-old son and has recently won a prize for a children's book she authored. Her husband (Ikki Sawamura) is a politician who has become involved in a political scandal. Harumi Aida (Ryo) is a newspaper reporter. Both women also share something common. They were both abandoned by their parents as soon as they were born.
One day, Yoko's 5-year-old son is kidnapped. The kidnapper leaves a letter demanding that Yoko "reveal the truth" or her son will be killed. What is the truth? Yoko tries to find the answer with her friend Harumi. A woman appears who claims to be a fan of Yoko's book. Is she the kidnapper?
