Suzuo Takahata (Hiromitsu Kitayama) is married to Natsuko (Mikako Tabe) and they have one daughter Miyu (Kokoro Hirasawa). Suzuo Takahata works as an unpopular manga writer. He spends his days drinking and gambling. One day, he dies in a traffic accident. Suzuo Takahata believes he is going to Hell, but he is given one month to reflect on his life and his family. He then returns as a cat.

aloustine Jul 02 2021 1:21 pm Tbh this doesn't look that good or promising from the poster IKR guys. But after watching this.. damn this is the typical beautiful japanese family genre film. The story is kinda basic, with slices of comedy, but really meaningful and touching.. this is very well packed in a 1.5 hr movie, i really recommend this for slice of life genre lovers
