Yu Akabane (Nana Komatsu) moves to a dormitory room after her father's transfer from work. She is excited that she will live in the same dorm as Takumi Shirakawa (Yudai Chiba) aka "White Prince." Yet, Haruto Kurosaki (Kento Nakajima) aka "Black Devil" kisses her as punishment for going against him. It is Yu Akabane’s first kiss. Since then, she becomes obedient to Haruto Kurosaki.

Crystal Oct 17 2018 3:47 pm The only reason on why i see some people disliking this drama is because they think this movie is unrealistic. Well, what you expect for a shoujo movie? Of course everything is exaggerated or made up for the purpose to create a romantic and fluffy plot so the audience can enjoy the movie. I really really recommend this movie. It is one of the best shoujo movie made ever. The love chemistry between the leads are excellent. The plot development is smooth. Mainly, this movie just has a fantastic plot. I just love this movie so much, tbh 10/10, no bias. I have rewatched it at least 6 times already and I still love it so much. This movie is seriously really good. Please give it a try and watch it. mngl May 24 2018 7:21 am This movie is definitely a guilty pleasure kind of movie lol i enjoyed it bc i like Nana and the chemistry between the leads (the whole cast actually) was great! The tension between Kurosaki and Yuu-chan was palpable! Throw away any morals or logic u have before watching this and keep in mind that it's from a manga haha! If you're in the mood for some fluff, teenage story, I recommend this. I enjoy most movies i watch so this one was okay for me.

BasicNameHere Dec 17 2017 5:05 pm Okay, so I watched this movie for the first time a while back, but thanks to a my YouTube recommendations and because I wanted to check out Nana Komatsu, I decided to watch it again.

I have to say, this movie is at most a guilty pleasure of mine. I'm a gigantic shoujo fan, have been for years, and the plot drive is very generic and the ending is obviously predictable; but I don't think the plot was the ma8n point of the story, like every shoujo is. The main point is to show how the main couple may or may not get together, right?

And also, a thing that pissed me off about this is "The Black Devil"'s attitude towards our protagonist. Now, the whole "asshole who's a dick to the protagonist suddenly becomes a softie" premise is huge not just in Japanese dramas and films, but in all over the world. But the way they did it and portrays it here is a bit overdone. He is clearly bullying and sexually harrassing her, even if she doesn't say anything most of the time when he literally bites her ear and kisses her out of bloody nowhere, then gives her a hickey, too! I understand that it's fine because she already or kind of likes him, but what about before,in the beginning of the movie, during the recap and when she was entirely focused on Takumi? His character pisses me off even to the end, but hey, he turns out fine in the result of the film, right? It's a shoujo, they're in love- WHAT CAN YOU DO.

The reason why I loved this so much is the romance aspect of it. It's definitely directed towards the female audience and it does a bad job at hiding it, but the way it portrays it's mushy scenes fit so we'll into every scene in such a funny way that you can't help but squeal a little on the inside, especially whenever Kurosaki or Takumi do their "thing" to Yu. Especially Takumi's, making this another case of Second Male Lead Syndrome. But I think that's probably because I have the biggest crush on Yudai Chiba, but you know. ?

My overall review of this movie would be a solid 50/100. It was cringy, no doubt, and mostly watched because I got Yudai Chiba fan service, but it's actually an enjoyable movie after all, the kind you can watch over and over again and stuff. Also, despite what everyone else says, I loved Nana Komatsu's acting in this movie. Well, in contrast to her other film, as her character in that one TeacherxStudent romance was totally different to her character here.

The only thing I can conclude this is Twas cute. I want Yudai Chiba to star as a main male lead in a romance now, please, honest to God haha!

Meh Nov 06 2017 5:50 am I didn't like this very much. I think Kento gave out too much of the "black devil" role that it annoyed me because he's become too obvious already. Also, kissing a girl for cutting your hair, and being tangled is actually your fault, well that doesn't really make any sense. Haha. Not a very catchy thing for me. Nana didn't stand out as well. They made me hate Nana for her role and her guts in this movie -

and I love Nana Komatsu. The only thing that I liked is this guy Chiba because he kinda reminded me of Hanazawa Rui from HYD. Anyway, let's just say this isn't my cup of tea. Haha. Peace to all the fan of this movie.

First of all, i thought it was going to be just a fan-service movie too But somehow along the way it kind of ticked something in me? Like I began to take this movie seriously. If I were yuuchan I wouldn’t even fall for kuro at first. I mean forreals he’s such a pain in the ass. and Takumi at the same time calms me down so much. But kuro is the one who pushed me into getting things done, you get me?? I think the most important scene was during the special ep where yuuchan had to attend her middle school reunion which she really doesn’t wanna go since she knew she’d definitely get bullied again, while kuro’s been forcing her to go and beat her own fear, takumi asked her to just brush it off if it makes her uncomfortable. in this case, I wouldn’t even know what to do? Kuro might be right but Takumi is also very right too. At the end, none of the characters lacked one a bit. And that’s a very significant thing. I super duper love kuro, I think he’s rude and very rough but he has such a gentle heart. Totally can’t forget how he scolded Kaji for not throwing the rubbish at the right place and tells him off to respect this earth that we are living him. Such a sweetheart!!!! Idk how many times have I been repeating watching this movie but every single times I watched it I fell in love with the characters even deeper. Also the fact that kento calls chiba as baachi and became bestfriends

But I think they focus on girl fans too much (of course), the bath scene, it is so hurtful to look, they think that girl like that kind of plain body? You know, the shower scene. They dont really follow the manga at all, read the manga, its better. I dont know why Takumi's presence feel so annoying, he controls his "handsomeness" too much. It looks desperate.

Recommended to watch. i guarrantee you will smile since 2 minutes u watch it then likes every scenes they made. I start liking kento kun because this movie. with Sep 03 2016 8:15 am Although Komatsu Nana's acting is simple, this movie & 2 special episodes are probably one of successful manga made to live action. Even though it have its own ending, the story-telling is not too quick & does have feelings rather than Orange LA. All actors can definitely act, not over-reacting or blank. Surprisingly, Yudai Chiba can make a dominant expression with his cute face. Takatsuki Sara is also very good, especially her smile. I like her more than Komatsu Nana's sleepy face in either comedy or sad scene.

But i am happy bc i love the manga.

So many web insult the manga due to the readers judge the full story by only read 1st chapter. .they should continue to read after ch 16 up 25 ch and on. A bad manga summary on bakaupdated..is so missleading ...trust me kurosakikun no iinari manga is not ordinary shojo about two prince. Or a boy being childish goes bully his crush. Not at all..this is about how the young people becoming better character after they got learned fr some *wrong turn moment* they did in their teen life. Bc this is more about how psychological issue impacts relationship surround teen life.. so everything is unoredictable and funny.
