Hideaki Takano (Munetaka Aoki) works as a detective. He gets transferred to the public security team from the investigation section 1 team. The public security team has a strong sense of elitism. An explosion takes place. Near the place of the explosion, a powerful politician of the ruling party is found dead.
The murder scene is grotesque, with the victim’s organs scattered outside of his body. A scale sits nearby, with a heart and feathers on the scale. Hideaki Takano tries to solve the case with his reasoning power, but his colleagues ignore him and tells him that their team has their own way to solve the case.
