Human remains is found on university land. The skeletal remains is identified as Seiji Hashimoto (Kaito Yoshimura). He took part in the Yokosuka riot in 1971. Seiji Hashimoto's daughter visits Yuri Ishikawa (Yo Yoshida) who works in the Kanagawa Prefectural Police's First Investigative Division and tells her that she receives money from someone every year. She believes that person is her father Seiji Hashimoto.
