Plot
Herb Edelman stars as a drifter who comes from America. He comes to Japan to sell drugs. Unfortunately, the Japanese doesn't take vitamins which makes him lose all of his money. The Tora-san family lets him stay in the house temporarily. Suddenly, Tora-san comes back home. When he finds out that his room was being occupied by a foreigner, he becomes furious. When they are about to fight for their lives, the English teacher of Mitsui, Megumi (Htyashi Hiroko) and her mother, Keiko (Kagawa Kyoko) intervene and pour oil on troubled waters. When Tora-san discovers that Keiko is a widow, he forgets about the foreigner and begins to go after Keiko. At the same time, the foreigner is also secretly in love with someone....
