Plot
A man gets out of jail to find his younger sister has died in an accident. When he finds out it was because of a westerner all too familiar with how to work around the law, the becomes the enforcer.
Notes
- Movie is expected to be shot in a 1960's to 1970's action film style.
- 80% of the dialogue is expected to be in Korean with the rest in English.
- Shooting is expected to start between summer and autumn 2009.
- After the box office failure of director Ryoo Seung-Wan's 2008 film "Dachimawa Lee" the movie project "I Enforce" was eventually cancelled due to lack of funding.
