A love story unfolds about 7 people, including Masakazu Kume (Sota Fukushi). They are in their 30's, live in Tokyo, and have their own views on love and friendship. Masakazu Kume is single and 33-years-old. He works as a struggling screenwriter. He doesn't have a girlfriend, because he has decided to cut off contact with a woman after meeting them 3 times. Because of his tendency to run away from love, his friends call him the "Man Without Love."
