Of course, this young actor is Asian but Alec G. played it so damn well. This was before Hollywood allowed Asians or other minorities to play an actual part in American movies and would have done a better job. However, I remember James Shejeta who also was Asian and played in the 60s "Flower Drum Song" which he was great. So glad to see this talented actor who plays Hyun in "The King's Affection" does a great job in his feelings keeping them close to his heart. I hope he falls for someone else since Hwi may have strong feelings for childhood love.
