I love her already, though this is my first time knowing about her. She's full of energy and positive vibes. I have really learned a lot of lessons from the role she played. I think she's one of those actresses who will have a long career, she picks interesting pieces to act in. I think she learns her roles well and embodies the characters. My favorite work of hers, thus far is Little Forest but she played exceptionally well in The Revenant. It's not easy to act out a panic attack. Looking forward to seeing more of her works. When you watched her first two projects - “The Handmaiden” and “Mr. Sunshine” - Taeri seemed like an underrated veteran actress who wasn’t popular until she starred in those two works. But to everyone’s surprise, they were her debut movie and series projects! She’s a late bloomer prodigy it seems, since she didn’t intend on becoming an actress until she fell in love with acting in college. I don’t idolize her as a person (parasocial relationships can be dangerous), but I’ve started to cheer on her acting career now that I’ve seen 3 of her works, with Mr. Sunshine being my most favourite K-drama at the moment. I didn't became a fan that time. I just know her as one of the talented actresses in Korea. When I first watched the trailer of 2521, I knew I don't wanna watch that kind of drama. I'm not really into high school romantic comedy. However, I gave it a try since I know Kim Tae Ri rarely do korean dramas, the drama might be "something special" that made her do it. 2521 drama is just WOW. Her acting is so on point. It's unique and so refreshing. I feel all the emotions of Na Hee Do. Her acting is so on point. She's insanely good! I actually expected that she would be nominated as best actress in baeksang. But, I see how you put your all into doing your craft. You always add something unique to your characters. And I cannot imagine your characters being played by anyone else.
