Yuji Takanashi (Hiroki Hasegawa) teaches philosophy at a university. He has a fear of water and is unable to swim. His phobia is so strong that he is afraid to even dip his face into water. One day, circumstances leads Yuji Takanashi to attend a swimming class taught by Shizuka Usuhara (Haruka Ayase). Yuji Takanashi takes lessons with energetic housewives at Shizuka Usuhara’s swimming class. Shizuka Usuhara cheers Yuji Takanashi to learn swimming, but it's not easy for Yuji Takanashi to overcome his fear of water.
