Hideki Kaji (Masanobu Katsumura) is a famous surgeon, known as the "Laparoscopic Magician." Because of an extremely high pay offer, he takes a night duty position at a hospital in the mountains. When he gets there, Nurse Kazuma Nakata (Arata Horii) introduces him to the hospital. A strange case takes place.
