Asahi Tojima (Nanase Nishino) is a first grade high school student. She is small and weak physically. Asahi Tojima decides to change herself. She enrolls in the naginata (Japanese blade) club at her school. She works hard with the other club members and targets the national competition.

Based on manga series "Asahinagu" by Ai Kozaki (first published 2011 in weekly Japanese seinen manga magazine Big Comic Spirits).

Runyanko Feb 03 2018 2:50 pm This the one of "MUST", I think. Please watch this and read Manga, too. You will see how Tojima Asahi is tough at heart, although she is small and weak for physical. And you will find not only Nanase Nishino is a good actress, but Sakurai Reika, Matsumura Sayuri, Shiraishi Mai, Ito Marika, Tomita Miyu, Ikuta Erika, Higuchi Yuzu and all other girls did their good acts. Again, this is MUST!
