National alchemist Edward Elric and his younger brother Alphonse Elric arrive at a shrine in Table City in pursuit of Melvin Voyager who escaped out of of the Central City prison. There, Alphonse saves young alchemist Julia who is involved in a resistance group for the slums of Milos Valley. They also get involved in a huge conspiracy.
