Suddenly red lines appear above people’s head. These red lines connect people who have had sex relations. Due to this, embarrassing or secret sides of people are revealed. People call these red lines "S Line."

Han Ji-Wook (Lee Soo-Hyuk) is a detective with an attractive appearance and free spirit. He chases after the truth of the S Line. Kyu-Jin (Lee Da-Hee) is a high school teacher with unique charm. Hyun-Hob (Arin) is a high school student. She has been able to see the red lines since she was born.

Perfect example of the when the ending of a movie/show ruins the entire experience I thought it was just me but 90% of the reviews on IMDb say the exact same thing Watch at your own risk

Mild spoilers ahead:

Q1: why did the demon do all that? I know she’s a demon but what was the end game? Chaos for the sake of chaos? Q2: what happened to Kim Hye-young? (the bully) Q3: assuming it was no accident (it would be a huge coincidence if it was), why did the demon kill Yoo Joon-sun? (Her “boyfriend”) Q4: why did the demon wait until she was 17 to realize her plan? Seems kinda arbitrary

Just an observation: the helmets are a silly touch, as if there aren’t any people who would see you put it on/take it off…

Nony Jul 29 2025 8:45 am Oh wow its something… the last ep was questionable?? But i read the comments that said the drama is a prequel to the webtoon. As in they explain on how the s line was introduced in the webtoon. I just felt that some scenes weren’t necessary. But okay?

Jojo Jul 27 2025 4:00 am Woah so this is the prequel of the original S Line webtoon! I think the ending might be confusing for people who didn't read the webtoon. In the webtoon, the S Line suddenly appears on the first episode. People were flustered. They wear helmets to hide their face because they are embarassed of their visible S Lines. Not showing the top of the heads of news anchors on the television become the norm, to protect their privacy.

I think 1-5 were so good. Episode 6 is also good, but I didn't expect the genre would suddenly switched to a full fantasy. I wish they had more bridging to prepare us for this, for example like hinting us about the homeroom teacher's mystery. I wish it has 7 or 8 episodes.

Overall I enjoy watching this!

April Jul 25 2025 11:10 pm And I'm back after the finale. S-Line cemetery scene made me realize how Suzy and Arin look like each other. She's prettier without makeup.

Of course, the last episode followed the original plot of the webtoon, so the drama is like a prequel to the webtoon. It's a bit chaotic, but it really had a potential, 6 episodes is really not enough.

I've been watching Lee Soo Hyuk for years, but I think this is the first time to see him cry that much, and to see him defeated made me realize he's really more than his pretty face. Great acting everyone!

kdrummer Jul 23 2025 9:31 am Theories: Kang Sun-A's lover is her father. Yoo Joon-Sun is in cohorts with Lee Kyu-Jin. Someone is someone's mother... or some dumb twist like that. I don't know what the point of the story is yet, but my guess is that it's an extreme commentary of the hook-up culture.

April Jul 18 2025 12:45 pm This drama have 6 episodes, but I'm so intrigued I've search for spoiler only to get none which is good. So they actually deviate from the original plot. This is actually a good idea, on the webtoon, there's no glasses and everyone can actually see the red lines, not innate like Arin, but mysteriously appeared and gone all at once.

So I really have no choice but to wait for episodes 5 and 6 hehe minus the s*x part, it's really a promising story. The production might be punching in the air now for making it 6 episodes only.

Personally, I feel like Koreans are just too nosy and always trying to be in other’s business. Who cares about who’s sleeping with who. Honestly, this drama has everything I can’t stand about Korean culture, which makes this very hard to watch. The hive mind / conformist mindset, the attempted murder disguised as “bullying”, the unnecessary hierarchy, and the idiot police upper management who are completely incompetent.

The drama's flaw is Kang Sun-A, who's an irritating character. Her uncle helps her and raises her, and it pisses her off? Sure, her classmates are mean, but they're known to be bad people. Kang Sun-A, on the other hand, is supposedly a positive character and a victim, but she's annoying.
