Gil Bok-Soon (Jeon Do-Yeon) is a single mother. She is a also a lethal killer, with a 100% success rate on contract killings. She works for M.K. Ent, which is run by Cha Min-Kyu (Sul Kyung-Gu). He trained Gil Bok-Soon as a killer and they hold mutual respect for each other. At the same time, Gil Bok-Soon is aware that Cha Min-Kyu is a dangerous person who can take away everything from her. Cha Min-Hee (Esom) is the younger sister of Cha Min-Kyu and she works as an executive at M.K. Ent. She doesn't show her feelings to other people. Han Hee-Sung (Koo Kyo-Hwan) is a killer for M.K Ent. He is highly skilled at his job, but he is not recognized by others for his work.

Right before Gil Bok-Soon is set to renew her contract, she gets involved in a kill or be killed confrontation.

Spoiler: Boksoon was abused as a child and at her chance for a different life she acted on it especially when it was a life full of violence, which had been inflicted on her at an early age.

Mimi Apr 06 2023 4:54 pm A lot like John Wick and Kill Bill mixed ratio. But the story line just didn’t click in many aspects especially the ending. Sometimes longer movies are ok to watch as long as all the story line and characters just make sense. I’m guessing it will have a part 2.

The cinematography is amazing and the casting is great. Interesting plot but sadly, the very flaw of this movie is its storyline, especially the ending. Many things are unaddressed and some were not clear (e.g. minhyuk and minhee's relationship, the future of MK and boksoon, the father of the daughter and the very reason of her personality at the end, etc.). The potential is there at first but its tragic how it ended up as mediocre by the end. Overall the movie feels too rushed, thus feels empty and unsatisfying.

6/10 for me

Extremely average wouldn’t recommend especially with the ending and final confrontation a lot of it felt rushed too (also wth was up with that incest storyline ???) you honestly wouldn’t be missing out on much if you skipped this watch
