A dead body is found in a storage area. The victim is a woman in her 20's, who ran a small restaurant. Soon after, a 19 year old man is arrested for murder and abandonment of corpse. Lawyer Daisaburo Kikuchi (Kippei Shiina), who used to be a judge, takes the young man’s case as his lawyer. The
case seems to be clear cut, because the man confessed to the crimes. But, things soon change. The man denies the charges at his trial. Lawyer Daisaburo Kikuchi investigates and he soon faces the truth behind the case.
