Tetsu (Ryosuke Hashimoto) lives in Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan. He is an ordinary high school student and has feelings for his childhood friend Kasumi (Fumika Shimizu). On his 17th birthday, he gains a special power. He is able to touch someone and then read their mind or memory. 4 people in hero suits appear in front of Tetsu.
