Tension and confrontation ensues between three people. Lee Woo-Gyeom (Ryeo Un) is a serial killer, but possesses genius medical skills and he is able to cure incurable diseases. Park Han-Jun (Sung Dong-Il) is a lawyer who must save Lee Woo-Gyeom to save his sick daughter.
