Doo-Sik (Cho Jung-Seok) is in prison for fraud. His younger step-brother Doo-Young (Do Kyung-Soo) is a promising judo athlete, but an injury during a competitive match causes Doo-Young to lose his eyesight. Doo-Sik appears in front of the parole board and uses his step-brother's injury to plead for his release. Doo-Sik gets his release on the condition that he takes care of Doo-Young for 1 year.

Doo-Young lives alone in his family's home. Both of his parents passed away. Since losing his eyesight, Doo-Young has shut himself away from the world. His former judo coach Soo-Hyun (Park Shin-Hye) is the only one that still keeps in contact with Doo-Young. After 15 years, Doo-Sik suddenly appears back at home and the two brothers begin to live together again .. even though they hate each other.

Monette Jun 18 2022 10:16 am Cho jung seok really is so great for me. I tried my best to be able to watch this film... So does Do kyung soo. He acts well but it was cCho Jung seok who got me attached to watch this.

It was funny from the middle part but it hurts, it pains me, it made my heart wanted to cry and cry and i almost couldn't breathe well since i was making sure no one will see me crying inside the bus. To my surprise, i found a tear on my right chick and ot made me sad until i got off the bus.

What a lovely movie. Thank you.

Laura Feb 02 2020 11:07 am I have watched this again for the 5th time still I enjoy same.This is a masterpiece .I watched this due to D.O oppa but this movie made me ccrying a lot.Jung Suk & D.O were really like brothers , their chemistry is 100% Hyung has a very large age gap with younger bro , he always feel his younger bro as a kid,he has a very soft spot for him.Their relationship is so pure .This is my favorite character done by D.O ,well he is indeed a great actor .

how come i just found out about this movie, it's really good, not much happening in the plot but it packs with emotions. and as someone with a bro (and a sis) i can totally relate how the younger bro feel about his annoying big bro. no matter which position you are, younger/older sibling, theres time when you feel drifted with him/her, and jungseok and kyungsoo did pretty good job expressing how their relationship.

i didnt expect this movie to spread out its sadness consistently from the start up to end, korea is so good at making tear jerking movies with how the sadness should be "distributed", i mean, some movies are like hello ghost with one strong "uppercut" (that one big reveal scene), some are like this one, you're getting constant hit with countless jab, not as powerful as the uppercut but you feel the punches for sure..

i dont know that the younger bro is a kpop idol, well he can act.. jungseok and shinye are good too..

i also just found out that the ending song (dont worry, my dear -- man, even the title can choke you up after you watched the movie) is sang by the bros lol.. its an old song, right, they nailed it.. another reason i like this movie..

what else, well, what i love about asian movies esp japanese and korean are how real they can get.

The story plot and the conflict, climax, resolution and everything just made this movie a movie HAHAHA it's not that extraordinary though but it's super good and realistic. The message is great, though it might be the same with other movies, I would say this is more unique.

I kept giving excuses to watch this movie even i have it in my laptop for ages now because im not a fan of korean movie. But all i can say is, this is well made. The production crew is totally superb. I enjoyed watching every scene in this movie. Its comedy at the same time its sad. But, for my hard steel heart, its not sad enough. I dont cry at all. My cheecks are dry. Whatever it is, i give 10/10 for this movie. One of the best movie i watched.

Even when they are not crying, I already cried like - a river. Everything is proportional; not too much past stories brought up, and not too little too. The bromance is perfect! Details are okay tho. Really, only Korean movies can make a great movie only using 4 main casts but never a dull moment. Thank you, HYUNG team!

Her versatile, undeniable talent and charisma always shine without overshadowing the other actors who were also talented. She's such a pure talent, absolute perfection in everything she does. Korea's True Love.

The whole cast had such a great chemistry. I thought by the title it was gonna be a laughfest though I'm not big on tearjerkers this movie wasn't a disappointment and delivered on all counts. Congratulations to the cast, director, crew, producers etc...

I couldn’t stop my tears from streaming down, I was literally sobbing like a baby. all in all I was somehow pleasantly surprised how deep the movie turned out to be. Watch it!

Everyone should watch it, but especially those who has siblings, I have 3 and I couldn't help but going to their room and hug them tightly after watching this. ( although we are always lovey dovey). rg Sep 13 2015 6:49 am @PSH fan i dont know because SALT revealed that she'll be focusing on her study for her last semester which is till february.... even her fan meeting has reached the final stop in chengdu, china without thailand fan meet. considering that thai fans are her favourite but she has to end the fan meet since school started says something. @anya give her chances to do different role as you said she acts the same in every drama, she's kinda slow to shed her child actress status... only after the heirs she said she's ready for mature roles and then she brought pinocchio to her resume. park bo young is a movie starlet and international audiences dont really interested in movie unless their oppas are starring the movie. this is the reason why ifans are really shocked with her acting skill as she's rarely to be seen except for kmovie followers. movie industry is always on another level and so does the movie actors

"she's popular bc she has acted alongside --famous-- actors really..." audiences will leave her behind after the dramas if this is the only factor she got famous. prove your theory with other actresses who have acted alongside with them. did they get famous and maintain the popularity as she is now after acting with all of them including your ljs?

Hate her acting. you are obviously bias..big fan..whatever, for saying she is popular bc she gets photoshoots. but to me a good actor/ress isn't define on looks or overratedness , it's about how versatile, dynamic and meaningful is their acting.

She doesn't convey anything to me when she acts, it's dull. she's popular bc she has acted alongside --famous-- actors really... (not a fan of them btw, except for LJSuk)

She is charming, has a good personality, kind hearted, good cook and is an alluring beauty. You can see that in her Shenzhen FM photos - a charisma in her looks which I have not seen before! Each time you see her she is different for that she is popular and no one is tired of her! If you like her in Pinocchio, it means she has improved her acting, don't you think so kero, Ok and KC?
