Handsome physician Yoo Se-Poong (Kim Min-Jae) continues his work with Gye Ji-Han (Kim Sang-Kyung) for Gyesu Clinic. The clinic itself has opened a branch in the capital city of Hanyang. Seo Eun-Woo (Kim Hyang-Gi) writes letters to Yoo Se-Poong and the Gyesu Clinic staff from Heuksan Island. She hopes to see them soon. Meanwhile, an epidemic is spreading fast at the royal palace. The ghost of the late queen is seen by those that have fallen ill. The king asks for the help of Yoo Se-Poong.
