10 people, who dream of having a perfect life, travel back in time to 1 year ago. They are able to reset their lives there, but mysterious cases take place that threatens their lives.

Ji Hyung-Joo (Lee Jun-Hyuk) is a veteran detective and he has 7 years of work experience. He gets an opportunity to travel one year into the past. He enjoys his life that has been reset, but he learns that people who have traveled back in time, like him, are involved in mysterious cases. He tries to reveal the truth behind that.

Shin Ga-Hyun (Nam Ji-Hyun) is a webcomic writer. She has published her popular webcomic series “Hidden Killer” for the past 3 years. Shin Ga-Hyun is a workaholic and sensitive perfectionist. One day, she has a sudden accident. The accident turns her life into hell. At this time, she receives a proposal to travel back in time, to one year ago. Shin Ga-Hyun resets her life, but she faces an unexpected case.

hihi Jan 25 2025 10:34 pm This drama is really good, captivating and has many twists that really make me cringe, Lee Yoomi's acting is so good, she really suits crazy and bad roles. Lee Jun Hyuk always brings villain to the drama in the most comfortable and natural way, I was surprised when he continued to shine with the role of a serial killer. The drama is so so good! The screenwriter leads the audience from one surprise to another!

Nabi Jan 12 2025 11:53 am Decent watch in terms of the mystery unfolding but it ended too abruptly. What about Ga Hyun’s accident and her bf and bff cheating??? Those things were unrelated to the serial killer and still needed preventing. I kinda wanted to see some conclusion to that too. Some episodes felt a bit chaotic and choppy and there are few plot holes. Like at the end of one episode, when they were chasing Jung Tae, someone suddenly slumped over a staring wheel. They spent a good 1-2mins on that scene and opened the next episode with it. Maybe I missed it through my skipping through confrontation and interrogation scenes but I still don’t know what that was about or who it was!!!

Anyhoo, it’s a decent watch. It’s keep you hooked enough to want to find out what the heck is going on. I suspected those 2 people from the beginning but was off about what role they played. Still kinda saw the twist at the end coming considering all the drawn out misdirections the writer and director put us through.

KST Mar 06 2024 9:33 am Actually I wanted to watch this masterpiece years ago but could finished watching this on 14th of this February. Wow what an amazing drama. This masterpiece was really nice. The plot was well knitted. The acting was also really impressive. Nam ji hyun, Lee joon hyuk and and Kim ji soo's acting was amazing. I will recommend this drama to all korean drama lovers who like to watch fantasy dramas with mystery.

Park Min May 06 2023 8:17 pm It had an interesting concept and I liked the first chunk of episodes but that was such a poor storytelling. It irks me to no end how this was utterly wasted after a good start. Also, it doesn't make effort in building the world nor in setting up concrete rules. Logic is completely neglected and everything is made up along the way. The later parts were just not good.

Steffanie Apr 13 2022 11:31 pm I like this drama. It's really interesting. There's 1 flaw though... if they've gone through the reset at least twice before, then psychiatrist Lee Shin should already know that fate could be changed.

Prior to the episode 2 reset, detective Park died. Thus, making them all safe from dying due to the serial killer. However, according to Lee Shin, they all already died before. So she went through the reset, had detective Park killed, and saved everyone's lives.

However, she went through the episode 2 reset, putting them all back to the original deaths. Weird.

Ann Jan 14 2022 3:30 am Lee Joon-Hyuk is an excellent actor, I really like him in Stranger 1 and 2 and I almost didn't recognize him because they did a great job on the styling of his character, and because he also did a great job acting different characters. I'm glad he's the lead role here.

Dont Miss This Oct 27 2021 2:16 pm Since last year , I kept choosing not to watch cuz I am not sure I could endure Nam ji Hyun. But glad I gave it a try and regret pushing this away till now. Everything is so fantastic script, dialogs, screen play, Acting is top notch from everyone and needless you can actually find a quality humor at times. Kudos to the whole team to bring out such an awesome Drama!! I really hope kmovie industry realizes that they are not utilizing Lee Joon Hyuk in his fullest capability. Time he gets roped in more dramas as a lead.

For someone who loves Crime-thriller kdrama, 365 deserves an applause. It makes you feel sad, anger, frustrations and desperations but it will teach you a lot of lessons. Indeed one of the Fave in this genre and I am rooting for season 2. Please

Thanks for the suggestion :) I'm currently watching "The Witch's Diner" another drama by Nam Ji Hyun. Once it finishes, I'll surely give 'Dark Hole" a try.

Kdrama fan Aug 06 2021 2:11 pm @Limolime, yes I agree with your concept on Sun Ho being a psychopath innately. The accident actually triggered his inner psychopath personality. He treat it as a game and feel proud when nobody realised that those accidents and suicides are actually murders done by him. So when Hyung Joo starts to question those cases he was frustrated that he doesn't "act accordingly to his plan" and keep on digging into the cases. I mean psychopaths don't need a valid reason to kill. I read some comments that some viewers find his reason to kill lame but I'm okay with his reason. There are so many psychopaths in other kdrama who also kill without logical reasons. They just enjoy the process and the 'game'. They feel high and happy when they kill people.

The only ones left resetting and still have memories of their previous timeline(s) are only the professor and Hyung Joo. I think Dr Lee Shin should not be carrying any memories too since she decided to stay in the previous timeline and did not reset with them. Not sure if professor cannot reset in another year's time what would happened? Can he reset like two years later on the same date and time??? Just wondering. I also rewatched this like two more times :)

I'm also done with Dark Hole. Another good drama by the same male lead.

The first time I watched the drama I was so confused for the reason detective park mentioned behind his crimes..I thought it a was lame and utter nonsense. Now, as I watch the drama again I started to connect the dialogues and the small details and finally understood why he did that.

At first it was an accident but he felt great as he could escape punishment . Then, he started killing people randomly ( before killing the people of the reset he already killed 3) and enjoying the fact that he's fooling the police and escaping the blame as well. Then when he broke his leg and saw hyung joo's notebook he realized that the names written there are his victims and that these people are meant to die. That's why he said "I realised I'm destined to kill and they were designed to die". He was a psychopath.

I guess that's how it is if I'm wrong pls correct me.

SPOILER!!..One: because of that last scene of the last episode (Why did she forget him? Why did she die? That atmosphere of loneliness you feel because of the scene..aggghh). Well, at least he could save her and the other resetters.

Second: how could such a great drama go unnoticed? It's very frustrating that it did not receive the attention it deserves and was unforgivabely underrated despite of the amazing work done by the writer, the director and all the cast...great acting by nam ji hyun (HUGE fan of her) and lee joon hyuk (became a fan of him).

Anyway, I'm doing my part as a fan of the drama and the actors and I've been recommending it to anyone interested in kdrama.

Kdrama fan Jul 03 2021 5:58 am Just a question: I noticed that sunho hyung used a gun to kill them both in the previous timeline but in this timeline (the one that both leads reset in) he killed a knife instead although it was shown he did have a gun which he stole from the guard when he escaped from the bus. Why is there a change here? I know that he changed the place where he killed them both becos the female detective went to visit female lead.

I think sun ho hyung after being a violent crime unit detective for so many years suddenly realised that he feels happy and excited when he kills people. It just triggered his psychopathic nature when he accidentally hit someone in an accident. Just like how the other villain feels excited and happy to watch how people feel desperate, watch how people die with he himself only knowing when and how they would die, mess with other people's life cos he feel too bored at his age, he said at his age nothing much can trigger this same kind of excitement for him. Lol.

Though, I agree the reason for the serial killer to continue killing seems a bit lame. Maybe he is also psychopath by nature that's why he enjoys the game just like how the other main villain enjoy playing with other people's life cos he is too 'bored' and seeing how people desperately want to survive/gets killed one after another.

Good acting and good plot. Not that easy to guess who are the main antagonists. Must watch till the end to know the truth.

Plot twist after plot twist after plot twist, I loved it! I really miss our couple, gahyeongju. As a huge fan of the series, I bought the director's cut limited edition blu-ray! Definitely worth the money. I really love Hyeongju & Gahyun. I am still hoping for season 2. I hope more people will watch this underrated gem.

michigan Feb 10 2021 1:12 am 10/10 RECOMMENDED!!! it's been so long since I watched thriller kdramas without any unnecessary filler, perhaps that's what hooked me the most. It has great storyline, great actors, great characters, and it will keep you sit on the edge of your seat.

[SPOILER] the drama mostly filled with unreliable narrative and using (almost like) Deus ex Machina kind of ending. Aside from those, everything is daebak~

I watched Suspicious Partner before and I like how Nam Ji Hyun's role is smarter as a webtoon writer on this series than a lawyer on Suspicious Partner. It's a good thing that they just gave a few parts of romance between the two leads so it could focus on how the story will run. You'll never be bored watching this. With some kdramas that has plot like this that I've watched, I usually skip those long boring emotional/romantic moments to go straight to the plot of the story. That's what I liked about this. There's no dull moment.

I love the chemistry between the leads.. it was not too much, just the right amount.. (SPOILER ALERT) Perfect twist and really unpredictable plot.. every character has a suspicious moment and it made you think that they were the bad guy.. I like the ending.. hopeful open ending..

I’m hooked in every episode, and very satisfied with the ending. Beware though that this drama is thriller based, so bloods will be spilled. There are also a lot of questions from episode to episode being opened up, but be patient because they will all get solved. The twists here are so unexpected, I really can’t guess what comes next. Even when I think I’ve got it, theres more to it. I wish I can just forget the whole drama and rewatch it again :((

I've been a fan of Nam-Ji-Hyun since I watched her played the young Queen Seondeok in a Korean historical drama. Her acting is always so awesome.

His leading man, Lee Joon- Hyuk is also one of the best Korean actors I've ever watched, specifically in City Hunter, Three Brothers and Naked Fireman.

I've enjoyed watching the leads interact together in this drama. They don't have that much sweet moments but I can still the chemistry is so good between them.

I really love this drama. it's not often that we're given the chance to watched a drama of this forte.

The rating is not reflective of how good this dram truly is.

The only lacking which is romantic moments, it will be perfect if this drama show their romance because their chemistry really good. No matter they changed their past, both lead characters were still destined to meet each other. We as viewers deserve to watch more their romantic scenes, but why you all cannot give us that?????

I have mixed feelings about this drama. It definitely started out unique and I really liked the whole time travel/fantasy element that it had but that part soon died out and it just ended up being a serial killer chase. I guess I was just expecting more and thought it had a lot of potential such as making it out to be a life or death game kind of like the kdrama liar game. Speaking of the serial killer, I thought his reasoning for killing was kind of dumb. He accidentally hit someone with a car but then killed him to avoid a record and then realized he couldn't stop so he went on a killing spree? That just seemed like lazy writing on the writer's part. Also, I'm so glad they didn't fully incorporate romance into the drama or make the two main leads an actual couple but rather hinted at it at the end which was beautifully done. Usually some kdramas won't have romance but then make it happen near the very end and it just ends up ruining the plot. This drama definitely had me doing mental gymnastics so in terms of a whodunnit plot, this is definitely up there but after the serial killer reveal it sort of goes downhill.

Raptor May 10 2020 6:49 am Big fan of LJH here; been trying to catch up on shows that he had bigger roles in. Him being a lead in this show was a big trigger to watch. The ending was a little rushed, but I’m Glad that the female lead wasn’t some damsel because she still contributed to the plot even at the end (unlike like in Doctor Prisoner, where the female lead played mainly a supporting role throughout, even at the end). I like how the plot twists came fast and furious even up till episodes 10 and 11, but the reveal of the big bad could have come sooner so the end could have been more substantial.

Tho sometimes the plot was kinda confusing as it required such a big brain (while I don't have any), but I kept watching it till the end because I shipped Ji Hyeong-ju and Shin Ga-hyeon so hard. I have watched hundreds of dramas but I hardly ever shipped any couple; less than ten, and they are one them. And they're not even couple (yet?). I cried in happiness when they both met again in the second reset. I'm quite satisfied with the ending. If there's a way to know what will happen in the second reset, I'd definitely watch it. Tho I doubt there will be second season.

But this drama actually made me realize that it isnt that easy to describe something as a masterpiece. When I first saw this drama, I was like wait should i watch this. It seems like a very good one and i dont have anything else to do so i should just watch it. I got addicted. The first episode was my type. It was so interesting. Well I ended watching 18 episodes in one day. I f*cking love this kdrama. There were sooo many plot twists and it was a really mind blowing kdrama, but i absolutely loved it. Now I just finished it and all i have to say is wow. You are such a good writer. How do u come up with these stories? U are my role model. U inspired me so much and now I want to become a writer too. I cried so much in the last episode. It was heartwarming. Now this is what I call m.a.s.t.e.r.p.i.e.c.e.

Also I recommended this drama to all of my friends. Please make a season 2 no matter what please.

Park, myeong chul kill det. Park on 15th jan 2019 (ep1) bc the serial killer is dead, so all resetter alive in 2020, 3. 7th reset where lee shin experimenting with all people "who should be dead", but everyone started to die, why??? bc at Jan 2019, where det. Park should be die was saved by Det. Ji Hyeongju, thats why lee shin said he was make the biggest mistake.

If you forgot, lee shin went reset with all resetter on 11 jan 2020, and they can turn back time from 11 jan 2019

Despite all these, i decided to continue watching and it's complexity is actually the reason why i loved this drama. It has a great storyline and i'm really loving it. I'm just sad that it only has 24 episodes and will end next week. This is so short compared to other series but i think that's what it makes everything unique. It doesn't focus on the quantity but the quality. So, in short, this is the drama that is worth to binge watch

If it's a serial killer I suspect hyung (sun ho) because before reset no one dies after hyung died. And thug killer (bae jung tae) is not detective ji because his clothes and shoes are different. he was there after the murder and checked the file in fd.

Redundant Apr 14 2020 4:57 pm I'm not into dark, cruel, stomach twisting dramas but was watching this for the cast. Now I'm done! It's like the writer has no idea which way he wants this to go. Around and around it goes. Ever ep it's someone different. Hard to get into a drama without any clear and defined characters. Now I have no connection with any characters or do I care what happens to them.

so all 11 people that leeshin invite to do "reset" actually already die before? I think leehin do reset with them because she want to observe them (like will the situation change or it will still same before-after reset? will that people die in the same way or not?can people who die before reset will keep alive after do reset?)

i'm pretty sure leeshin has her own reason why she want to develop this reset things,,

her daughter likes train isn't it? does leeshin and her daughter die in a train accident? in 1st ep, on that KTX train accident, there's 2 people who died, do you think...... they are leeshin and her daughter?

I really love Nam ji hyuns acting performance in this drama. keep it up Nam ji hyun. i also love her chemistry with lee joon jyuk .this is a must watch series. Congrats 365 team.

I loved the sudden romance scene when he was trying to put the earphone on her. Kinda dissapointed that it only has 12 episodes though. Guess that's why it's fast paced

I am also loving the cinematography and the directing. its good to know that it has 24 eps. (12 episodes) instead of the usual 16 Episodes. I can not wait to stream the succeeding eps of this seriea

To use her power the head chick must sacrifice someone that’s what I got?. I also noticed you have to choose wisely you can only stop 1 thing not multiple. The wheelchair lady could only stop not being in a accident but not her boyfriend cheating. The main lead guy could only stop the murder not missing the book signing. The guy who died must’ve only could stop 1 thing as well and he chose wrongly.

Duplicitous works with no good storylines and only romantic scences with partners!!!! While Lee Joon Hyuk always chooses different roles with a charm even without romantic scence!! If the ratings are for kissing, then viewers' tastes should be questioned! Best acting! Not best kissing!
