When Dong Baek was a high school student, he suddenly gained a supernatural power. Whenever he touches somebody, he can read that person's memory. Dong Baek reveals his memory reading ability to people and he becomes a detective. He is gung-ho to catch as many criminals as possible. He encounters a mysterious serial murder case.

Not An Igutu Nov 29 2024 10:11 am Another try-hard series with so many unnecessary plots. The earlier crimes are way too distracting from the main plot and the villain. It could have ended in just 6-8 episodes if they would stick to the actual storyline. If you want to watch, maybe try start from ep. 12 onwards to save some time.

Park Min May 06 2023 3:07 pm The beginning was unbelievable boring, it took about halfway through the drama before it started to be "decent" enough. I miss the days when thriller/mystery didn't feel the need to pad itself with side cases to keep viewers attention. I always find this structure to be flawed even when these side cases are slightly related to the main one. In the case of this drama, I would prefer if it was a constant confrontation with the main villain instead of sprinkled hints and tons of flashbacks. Speaking of villains, none of them interested me, was kinda disappointed after 16 episodes of teasing of the masked villain. Low-key kinda like an anime villain. The villain identity felt like a last minute decision instead of a calculated one. The young leads were fine but a bit bland, I would prefer more rigid actors which would suit the drama better.

KST Aug 30 2021 11:13 pm I watched memorist very recently. I watched this series because of yoo seung-ho as I am a great fan of him. However at very first I found this a bit boring but after watching few episodes (about four) I found this very interesting. There are many loopholes in the plot story because some incidents happening are not that much clear. The story is lock of coherence yet interesting with full of suspence. It really aroused my curiosity to the bottom . The only thing I mattered was the revealing of the identity of the Eraser. Although it is later revealed at the last episode that the eraser is Dong baek's sister for me it is unbelievable. It is not reliable actually. Anyway apart from the plot story the acting was superb. Yoo seung-ho , Lee se-young and other actors specially the actor who act as acomplice to the eraser to protect his family is acting excellently. His acting is very natural. Memorist is however a good mystic thriller for a certain extent despite of its complicated plotline. Just watch it if you like to watch thrillers with mystery.Saranghae yorabun!!!

The only wrong thing I found here is the plot story .The plot storyline has a lot of loopholes. Till the end the eraser's identity was a matter for me. Other than that this is a good mystic thriller.Just watch it and see!!!

Such a great series, although it's so confusing in the half of the series, but the ending is satisfying. I'm glad that the protagonists have happy ending. This is such a drama that has promising story idea, although the culprit revelation part is a bit draggy. 8,3/10

Actually, I hope there will be a lot more comedy in this drama, but this drama turns out so confusing in the middle that I almost gave up watching it. No comedy to relieve the tension a little bit. I'm still amazed at how the writers write such a story like this, got my expectation so high that this drama will be great but disappointed in the half series. So many special/unusual phrases used, for example: Red Herring, etc. So many people get killed, the suspect changed to one another, more than 1 episode to explain Jin Jae Gyu's memories. Maybe I need to rewatch it in order to understand the story better. This drama consumes my consciousness (in a good way)

it's confusing at times on the so many different cases but actually they are all connected to one another especially on why the Eraser is seeking revenge on those who killed her friends and her own mother and who are her 'team members' assisting her to do so. They have a common enemy, that's why. The common enemy (the ex-congressman and his evil mum) only start to show up at around the last quarter of the drama. They should have gone after him and his mother becos they don't even care about his wife(unborn child)/daughter-in-law's life etc. The daughter-in-law is innocent and had done nothing wrong. Glad that she didn't die in the hands of the Eraser.

He truly cares for his stepdaughter and her family. Yet till the end, he did not let his stepdaughter know that her mum was so evil and tried to kill her over the inheritance so he killed her mum to protect her.

Kudos to all the casts, story's writer n director. However, you need to understand what happened in every episode for you to understand the story. Its a little bit confused at first becoz too many character n plot in this drama. But don't worry, at the last episode, you will understand the storyline becoz every character they related each other.

Even though some are saying it’s similar to He is Psychometric, I feel that Memorist is a more well executed thriller. Every episode the suspense is there, love all the plot twists and the revelation of the eraser at the end. Great job to the cast, Yoo Seung Ho and Lee Se Young and the supporting actors and production team. This show deserves more recognition and love! An underrated drama in my opinion :)

I really love police/detective dramas because I like seeing how different cases are being solved, unfortunately on this series it sort of tackled 2 cases - the serial killing and the dragging crime that happened 20yrs ago. And although I understand why Dong Baek is very hot headed, I got annoyed quite too many times that he failed to control his anger to the point where everyone around him is already getting hurt.

I like the bromance though between Dong Baek as Batman, his Robin and Alfred lol, and also reporter Kang is really nice (I was really scared that she’ll follow her superiors’ instructions but up until the end she stuck with being the good reporter so I really like her)

Ep. 5 and then ep. 6 ...the Cult leader died and then all of a sudden the shift if the incestiga ends . Then it will be them the detective and this chief superintendent ...it will be their story to I investigate their past ?! What kind of writer is this . 8 ha e this feeling as I have read one disappointed viewer . The twist was insane that its them here we go with flashbacks as kids they have suffered ?!!? This series was too draggy. Stretching too much on nothing. The ending left me disappointed. Sun Mi were introduced as a competent investigator and profiler despite their flaws, but in the end no case were solved throughout the series. one case lead to another case and lead to another case and other case until the culprit just show himself. [[Funny thing is, the psychopath they chased the whole series turned out to be just an avenger/revenger full of grudges. I think that's why Sun-Mi retired and decided to practice law instead in the end. Because she practically failed in profiling the (not) psychopath.]] Bo gyeong in Psychopath Diary have better profiling skill than her even if it was just a comedy drama.

I didn’t like how the directing was a bit confusing, putting out a lot of details and that makes it hard to visualize connections. This drama actually has a good plot, it’s interesting. I just feel like it could’ve been better if they have tightened the directing.

Jay Jun 13 2020 3:46 pm One thing that bugged me in this hella interesting and twisting drama is how come (Ep.11) they didn't bother to take the blood sample of the "Eraser" when he bled after being shot by Dong Baek when the Eraser jumped off the building after killing Jin Jae-Gyu?

Like his blood is right there and can get his identity, but they were worried about catching him again. But I guess if they did, the drama would end right there.

By far my fav drama. Never dragged, sprinkle of subtle romance between Baek & Sun-Mi, just overall perfect storyline and settings.

Chie Jun 07 2020 1:40 am Update (No spoilers): The past 3 days stressing over who the hell the villain was, getting shocked every episode when new characters show up, and all the plot twists that made my head hurt... it was all worth it. I'm really satisfied with the ending. I think the drama poster is pretty misleading; it probably looks like a comedy at first, but no, you're in for a crime mystery thriller with a bunch of suspense and a hint of horror (with comic relief ofc). After finding out that this drama was adapted from a webtoon, I now understand why there were so many complicated layers to the story; webtoon artists are pretty imaginative. If you want your mind to be blown every episode with every plot twist, and if you like a fast-paced storyline, I totally recommend this. It also gives off a bit of vagabond vibes imo because of its pace and sudden turns. Also, the actors & actresses did a really good job. As expected, Seungho is such a charismatic actor and can pull off diverse roles. It's my 2nd drama with Seyoung (after korean odyssey) but I like how she pulls off this fearless character. They had so much chemistry working together. Anyways, the thrill never stopped and I genuinely got scared at many points because of how intense it was. Highly recommended.

Chie Jun 05 2020 1:05 am So I'm 3 episodes in, just binged them tonight and I have to say I am REALLY impressed so far. I started watching because of Seungho and I'm not disappointed. I'll give a proper review once I'm finished, but I haven't felt THIS thrilled in awhile. The suspense really has you gripping your seat, and the sound effects were on-point. Now, for the plot so far, it looks simple one the surface but it's actually intriguing. There's already so many plot twists and I only finished the 3rd episode. Well, I'm off to finish the series, I have pretty high expectations.

LOL, thanks Memorist. For me, Memorist was a good find too. I only checked it out because it had been compared to Nobody Knows, which my wife watched, and because I'd finished Rugal. While Rugal was all action and weak story, and Nobody Knows ended unsatisfactorily, Memorist was refreshingly engaging from beginning to end! There was something high-stakes in every episode, and none of the twists turned stupid. I must admit, I was more drawn in by the scarier, darker sequences in the early episodes, but the plot movement still kept me coming back for the latter episodes. SPOILER - Like other commenters, I too was tipped off regarding Seo Hee-Soo, because she was getting slightly more airtime than a peripheral character should, plus that encounter where the muddled voice was kinda female was too telling. But hey, I also thought that the Eraser was the Deputy Chief at one point, and the fire chief at another point! Interesting plot point, the Jin Jae-Gyu character did a lot of heavy lifting. By the end, the viewer ends up knowing more of his life story than the two main protagonists! Speaking of which, good job by Yoo Seung-Ho and Lee Se-Young. I for one was glad that there was no romance written for the two leads. It would have killed the tone of this drama for me. I'm also glad that these two former child actors are doing well as adults. Man, I saw him in The Way Home, and her in The Lovely Rivals. This was a well-paced, complex story from beginning to end. Memorist stands alone quite nicely, so I'm good if there's no second season. Thanks!

Biyaherang Tuesday May 31 2020 9:22 am SPOILERS ... This K-drama had me guessing for the past five days. Every scene was intense and I guess it was well-conceptualized by the writers. I appreciate how the story unfolded especially from the first victim down to the last one. However, I must admit there are some questions left unanswered here such as:

1. If "Eraser" is Dong Baek's sister and she loved him, why did she try to challenge him at countless times? I know she wanted Baek to turn his back on justice but to frame him for crimes she herself committed, is a different story.

2. What happened in those 20 years that Eraser was under NIS custody for the so-called "protection" program? She said in this episode, "I am tired being used by you (referring to NIS)", yet there was no support to that so-called "used by you". Maybe it was elaborated in the Webtoon but in this drama, they failed to do so.

--With regards to the ending, I really appreciate how it was written. Too bad Baek and his sister had to meet at the last part. They could have given these two Memorists more exposure like perhaps episodes 13-16. I feel that the "Eraser" could have had more exposures with no-mask at all. However, what's done is done. I enjoyed it anyway. Good job Memorist cast and crew!

Should have maintained throughout the drama. Expected who the eraser is half way through the drama. Overall acting by actors were good.

Bexy May 20 2020 7:34 am I had high expectations for this drama, but sadly I was disappointed. I give it a passing grade only for the actors (they are really good). The narration is too slow and repetitive, not enought light moment for lighting up the mood which is necessary in a 16 episodes drama. Still, after all this hours, some points remain unresolved or at least not very detailed, while they go too much into others (which is not necessary).

I thought that the Eraser could have been a woman the first time I've saw her jumping off the journalist's house and when I heard her voice when Dong Baek shoot her in the leg I got the confirmation. Than the first time I saw her in that villa I thought "she is her!". Also the fact that he recovers at the end, it was a little be "Deux ex machina-esque". END OF SPOILER I'm sad that I didn't like it, I was ready to love it...

I can't even count how many times my heart beats faster every time the unveils a puzzle piece. The actors and actresses are good and the twists never ends. You will keep on wanting to watch more of the episodes to see how they solve the puzzle. I love this ! ???

But sometimes i got lost trying to remember who is who lol. because some of the characters appear out of nowhere yet they are they clues that lead to the answers.

All the characters played well esp the trio (DongbaekXSehoonXKyungtan) with miss Han.YSH gave his best he never failed us onto his valuable acting, all of them deserved the best!

The show was intense, and I craved some romance even though romance is not one of the genres. I admit that there were a lot of characters and information, so if you want to watch this, you really have to have your full attention to it. Anyway, I love it!!! Interesting, heartwarming, intense, sad, and thought-provoking. A must watch, though very underrated

All the actors did great too and even the secondary characters were acted perfectly that it made the whole story endearing. What I also like most is how well things were wrapped up. All the characters were given closure and everything was explained quite nicely. I don't usually wish for a 2nd season since I know that happens rarely with Kdramas but this one is on my list of needing to have another season. Great job!

I prefer a bit thriller anyway hehe team leader koo kyung tan and officer oh sehoon is the best! I can why dong baek cared so much about them!! they are so cute!! Eraser not the killer of Han Sum Mi’s father. The one who killed Han Sun Mi’s father is JJG (Jin Jae Gyu). He is the executioner. The Eraser only took revenge on who rape her bestfriend, Yoo Ah Young & who covered up all this case.

Apparently the Eraser is Dong Baek’s sister, that is why she’s had the ability to erase memories & also scanned the memory. & Dong Baek also got that ability also, erase his memory. The Eraser actually did the revenge before she’s got the recorder from her bestfriend, I think that is why she’s didn’t pass to the police. The police also corrupted. She didn’t trust anyone, she told that if she didn’t do this, who will do this on her place. The one who had power & money will not get their punishment. So, that is why she did the revenge on behalf of her bestfriend.

Anyone who guessed the Eraser is woman, Yeah you are right. The writer of this drama really messed with our mind. I still cant believe she’s is DB’s sister. I love this drama, & I love DB’s childhood memories. The pain of his sister had for over 20 years made my heart broken.

Also because he is the Executioner, he tried to punish people who had done wrong. Han Sunmi's father betrayed his factory collegues causing them to lose their jobs and commit suicides. There was also an epilogue scene where Sunmi did a ceremony honouring those people who died.

But I need to let it out first before I watch the ending. One word for each eps: Heol! This drama never let you down with the plot twists. Aside from the obvious background the event untangled in an unexpected manner. it surprises me everytime. Hands up for the script writer and the pd for such a nail bitting series. It's not easy to present such a complex/complicated plot line in a way that the viewers will understand. I'm sure they've racked their heads just to make it this good. I swear your time won't be wasted watching this. Totally recommends it.

P.S. If you're not up for a complex and brain wrecking drama skip this one. It's made for the thinkers and patient people. >u< Please, don't just skim through the eps. watch it intently. It's really interesting and a fresh drama.

This is actually far better than any investigative drama I've seen (like Tell Me What You Saw, Voice, etc from Ocn) because the plot is more realistic (even though dong beck have superpower lol) and developed really well by the writers. Well, it is unpredictable unlike other series. Yoo Seung Ho acting here made the series more valuable. Lee Se Young potrays her character well too. Ko Chang Seok for me is the best actor in this series haha, his character blends so well with Dong Beck.

Yasmin Apr 30 2020 10:31 pm I can not recommend this enough. The story the develops throughout the series is so complex and interesting. The very first case they solve is like a chain reaction to the bigger storyline, and everything just connects so well. The writers have got such skill.

This isn't a romance which I'm not used to, but everything was so intense, I didn't even think about it. It would be a shame if this drama was just 1 season.

Dong Baek's team leaves remarks and warmth feeling, Memorist is a great works for me from production, story, acting and even ost are so cool I never give up from first ep to last I "Still Carry On" "Till The End" not regrettable and unforgettable watching.

It's such a waste that the storyline does not allow for their chemistry to be displayed but that their chemistry is displayed during the intervals between their scenes. Please view their chemistry, including Yoo Seung Ho following Lee Se Young's goofing, on social media.

passerby Apr 25 2020 4:07 am The thing about this drama is that despite the intensity and thrill that you get from watching the drama and a well-laid plot; new characters just keep on showing up from here and there and then vanishes. The drama was so complex to the point that you need a flow chart to keep up. Since there are a lot of characters it somehow failed to give light to the supporting leads which most viewers are curious of. I personally think this was one of the main reason why it somehow feels that something is missing while watching it.

Two more eps to go. I'm glad I reached to this point without getting bored of it.

However, the unending plot twists saved it all. You just never know what happens next. It leaves a question mark every end of the eps. I honestly can't take each revelation they do that I often stop for a while just to take it all in. Some might say it's too confusing to watch but all you need is to pay attention on every details, the drama has a logic of its own. I'd say it's way better than other mysteo/thriller drama that I've seen (which most of it I dropped watching). At least for this one, it makes me stick around until the end. I just hope they'll answer everything as the ending unfold. I'll probably say it'll be a decision-maker for the entire drama. The ending should atlease solve every question.

P.S : the storyline is thaaaat good. The journalists and the cops might be on the wrong side, but hey, as an audience I always run out popcorns every time I'm watching it. Besides, if you easily get bored or don't understand the whole story, don't even bother to watch those head-spinning and mind-blowing Hollywood series and movies. They are not worth your reviews.

Memorist is precious. You won't get to see it next year with the same main characters and sidekicks.

I love the cast and what's more important twists of occured events. You never know what's going to happen next. Okey there's some holes at this moment but it can be solved in the next episodes that left. For now that's possible that cho won is the killer or maybe someone from her family we have not heard about yet.

DAR Apr 22 2020 4:12 am I think that Cho-Won is the killer.Jin Jae Gyu said The Eraser is hiding in Dong Baek past and grassland is where Dong Baek and Cho Won been together.Besides,when Dong Baek try to commit suicide,Cho Won told him that taking a shoes is sign of someone want others to notice their death.This show that she is study in criminal psychology major.This is what I guess.I'm not sure either.7 years ago,she is missing or perhaps she is hiding because she want to start her plan.When Dong Baek first had his power,she told him to practice it.Its like she was use to it.Again,she also attempt to kill herself so many time,I think maybe she hate her power like Dong Baek his power too.This makes sense as Jin Jae Gyu said Eraser can't move oversea because she was claim missing.If she was about to reveal herself,then the police will notice her from the missing girl.Again,Han Sumi death will be the most pain to Dong Baek because Eraser know that she is important to Dong Baek like how her missing is hurting him.In the Chief memory he saw Dong Baek (child).I think it's just because Dong Baek has nowhere to go after her mother die so he just walk until he stand at that place.He maybe trauma seeing his mother death and the Shimbae murder case,that lead him to lost his memory.But?If Eraser is the one who kill Dong Baek's mother,it is impossible to be Cho-won cause she is about at the same age with Dong Baek?I'm confused

I just watched ep 11 but i decide its better wait and jump to last episode than wacth ep 12-15. I'm tired answering every questions in every episodes. I found that the answer of each episode doesnt lead you to the main mystery. Too many useless roles/characters. They only seems important to solve the main mystery in 1 or 2 ep but in next episode the script writer tell us that those characters far connection with the mystery and neglected. Dont waste ur time, just watch ep 1-4, then juml to ep 15-16

Yoo Seung Ho talent is wasted in this drama. overall, its bad. the only thing i like in this drama is the 3 stooges (dong baek and his sidekicks)

There is a few plot at earlier episodes that just gone, like how tvc always arrive earlier than the police at the crime scene. In most thriller/crime dramas, the main antagonist would usually have been revealed by episode 10. In my opinion, I'm more than sure that Eraser is none other than Lee Shin Woong, and as much as I love memorist, I feel that the plot is getting a little too draggy. Nonetheless, actors Lee Seyoung and Yoo Seungho have done an amazing job as usual!

If you like mind games or I don't know --- guessing game lol and thrill and suspense, then this show is for you. Episode 1 for me was interesting, I didn't like ep 2 and 3 that much, but after ep 3, I started loving the thrill and mystery again. :D GREAT CAST!

@mya the eraser is someone different from the executioner. Jin Jae Gyu admitted he was the executioner 20 years ago but the recent killings starting from Park Ki Dan wasn't his doing even though the eraser was present in the past (mob killings). The eraser started killing recently and Jin Jae Gyu is also trying to expose the eraser. I think the eraser wants to manipulate JJG so he called him back. I assume that the eraser can't leave that city/country, he should be in the police force or smt that can't take his time off. The eraser said he was going to kill someone that Dong Baek touched and it would hurt him the most so I'm assuming Sun mi's death would cause DB the most pain and in the trailer for ep 11, DB said he would tell sun mi why her death would hurt him the most when the time is right.

I love this drama so much but every episodes makes me confuse even more. The latest episode is 10 and now i'm wondering is the eraser and the executioner are the same person or not? i just dont get it why he tried to kill Miss Han, the cop lady? what is his real motive? what's the relationship between jin jae gyu and the eraser? i mean we can see that in episode 9/10 that jin jae gyu got a few pictures of him sleeping when he woke up and he received some pictures of his daughter's family. why the eraser did that to him? too many unanswered questions. i'll keep watching this drama till the end because it makes me so curious. if any of you read this and want to share your thoughts, please do so ahahahaha i really appreciate it :D

If you want to do that, please take a look Tell Me What You Saw, they keep chasing the main antagonist, but they still solved their previous case. Main role (of course, the coplady) too pretentious, cocky and arrogant. Dong Baek too rash and always in a hurry. They don't have any chemistry at all (not in romance way). I just know why this drama rating so bad. And this drama doesn't match to replacing for previous superb drama, Money Game.

Basically in Psychometric, Jinyoung sees the soul (more like memory) of a person or object he touches. Then he decided to help/join the police force. Memorist seems promising but given the same theme, i'm not sure if i should give this a try.

The thing is they are trying to make this drama as realistic as possible, while I was reading other comments , I don't know how this drama pisses them off. 1st thing is, in real life it is not easy to catch up criminals who are smart and doesn't leave any trace behind. It might be easy to catch small criminals but catching big criminals and big criminal gangs are tough, that goes same with this drama too from what I have seen and understood by this drama is, the criminal is the one who can erase people's memory. 2nd can you guys just stop expecting romance , this drama is good without it . In my point of view I think that some dramas are literally fire without romance in it.

YJ Mar 29 2020 2:51 am I saw a lot of comments saying that this drama is similar to He is Psychometric, but as a person who watched both dramas so far, I can say that it’s different because the characters in both dramas all have different personalities as well as the fact that Lee An in HIP can see memories through both objects and humans while Dong Baek in Memorist can only see memories through humans.

Personally I find Memorist very intriguing and I enjoyed it so much that 1 hour had just gone past in a blink. I really like the characters in this show and not to mention the excellent jobs Lee Seyoung & Yoo Seungho have done. I will be looking forward to the next few episodes and hope it will be even better.

About MC confrontation, at first i got the same feeling as you are. But, when i try to imagine me myself on his shoes, well i won't be able to hold back I guess.

After all, it thanks to writernim that he is not describe as depressed person since being not normal is stressful. to be able to know something that other people not knowing is stressful.

So, I guess i have to say that this series is so much more interesting.

He portrayed someone which going around with his hunch. She portrayed someone which going around with her logic and calm deduction. Good combination. Combine it with a good case, good writing and a good teamwork.

Dee Mar 27 2020 1:02 am I watched ep 5 and somehow i just don't get it. There a big hole behind the painting, and somehow she JUST found it alone in the middle of the night? Before that, there were a bunch of cops at the same spot on a broad daylight, WHY didn't they notice before? I must be missing some detail, or maybe Superintendent Han was tired that day and became not to observant after all.

I had low expectation because it's another drama.dor yoo seung ho with the same theme (remember) But surprisingly I really enjoy the story, getting really enthusiastic about the next thing that will happen. Sure, this drama has flaws.. but I personally think the story and the acting make up a great part for it. I will appreciate this..and recommebd you guys to watch it... you can watch it legally on Viu to support the crew and the actors

aaaaaa Mar 25 2020 11:59 am So many people trashed DB. i think all of you don't understand his problem and his power. He can see people memories, a.k.a. pains/happiness/regrets/problems/etc. If he isn't affected by it, that's when you should complain.

I guess all of you are just like HSM, to be exact that scene when she screamed he's dumb and then DB retorted he can just kill him/cult leader, and yet he don't. Just like he said, those murderers sins are just way unexplainable by words, so he can be "that" patient is already a given. Try thinking whether you yourself will be able to stay cold headed if you can do what he do and are a detective.

CKW Mar 22 2020 10:38 am It's an interesting premise, and the plot itself seems very good too. But I can't watch this drama due to the flawed characterisation of Dong Baek's character. He's the male version of Moon Geun Young's character from Catch the Ghost! Completely reckless, impulsive and rash. I find it REALLY difficult to like characters and people like him. I just wish he'd grow up a little. If he was more level headed, the show would definitely be an incredible watch especially since the lead female character's such a level headed and smart woman.

karin Mar 21 2020 11:36 am i'm a huge fan of YSH but i am never able to watch his dramas except Ruler. i'm so glad he accepted this drama because i enjoy this genre.

this drama reminds me so much of Vampire Prosecutor because of the memory-reading parts. i'm currently on ep4 and i'm absolutely enjoying it. i think Han Sun Mi has a superpower too. like, she can read someone by eye contact. i hope this drama will focus on her too.

Why do I feel like the cult leader might have supernatural powers like Dong. Unless the reporter chick ranted them out there’s no way the cult leader would guess about the glove? I also think the main lead girl will get kidnap by the cult leader or the reporter. Since they can’t find evidence and the cult leader keeps destroying evidence, I think they’ll make their own evidence and get kidnap on purpose. I also think all the police chiefs are in the cult and update the cult leader from time to time. I’m surprised the cult leader hasn’t killed any men. I wish the story would do a better job at portraying the police and not have them moronic.. When the main lead girl went in the hideout of Han guy I was shaking my head..

Through the years we've been very faithful... Now that we're retired we watch Korean shows non stop.... I've noticed certain shows are unbelievable some are very believable... I've always wondered if the Korean Police are as incompetent as they are in real life ... We have stupid Police shows here in the U.S. too but not as bad ... The writers on these Police shows need to read books about Police characters and smarten them up a bit... Sorry...

It deals with the same story, issues from ep 1 to ep 3..But, Yoo Seung Ho is cute there so that's a merit for me Heheheheh

BENCH Mar 17 2020 5:00 am For those who are skeptical, I urge you to watch this because you will not regret it at all.

        First, the storytelling is different from the He's psychometric. It begins fast-paced. Plus,  the amount of tension and suspense in this drama are satisfying, specifically in the episode 2 towards the ending scene.  
     
        Secondly, it has a very nice cinematography, specially on the action scene, I can say that the editing is good as evident on how they deliver telepathic transitions. It is smooth and flawless. The effects add up and direction is solid. The action scene catches my attention because in every drama I have watched, this has more detail and emphasis when it comes to it.

        Overall, I am really hooked. I think I will become a fan of this as it progresses towards the end. Happy Watching!

It is very similar to He is Psychometric but we can see a different vibe here. Episode One was confusing and a little boring but don'y give up yet! I think Episode 2 escalates the case and I am really keen on finding out what happens, but i have to wait till next week after wed and thursday! Ugh!! The wait!!! I am sure it will get more exicting, just by Seung Ho's acting. I think his skills are a little inferior to Jinyoung's in Psychometric but we shall see

I have read in the comments that this is similar to He is Psychometric (which i have watched and even enjoyed) - Episode 1 is kind of boring (here i am writing comments instead of watching). Crime/Thriller seem to be the trend in kdrama today and i'm currently watching a few (Tell me what u saw, Nobody Knows) which are great so Memorist pales in comparison. I can't even finish episode 1. I'm gonna pass on this one. The storyline is kind of shallow.

The first episode kicked off with a strong start and plus everybody already knows about his power which is great, no secrecy and he's able to maintain his power way better to help solve crimes. I enjoyed it and hope this will keep it's good pace.
