| | + | Murashige Araki ([[Masahiro Motoki]]) raises a rebellion against tyrannical Nobunaga Oda and he carries out the strategy of holing up in his castle. His castle is surrounded by Nobunaga Oda's troops and isolated from the outside. While Murashige Araki restrains his hot-tempered retainers in the castle, he struggles to protect the castle and the people in the castle with emotional support from his wife Chiyoho ([[Yuriko Yoshitaka]]). Around this time, a boy inside the castle is murdered. Since then, a series of mysterious incidents takes place, one after the other, inside the castle. The culprit must be someone inside the castle as the castle is sealed to the outside. Murashige Araki tries to solve this mystery with the dangerous, but genius military strategist Kanbee Kuroda (Masaki Suda), who is imprisoned within the castle's dungeon. |
