Two female high school students live in Nasukarasuyama, Japan. They help out a local community FM station. The radio station has been set up to help revive the town. Natsuki (Shunsuke Daito) and Ryuji (Takara Sakumoto) came to Nasukarasuyama to run the radio station. They are looking for local material for their program. They learn that the local festival “Yamaage Matsuri” has difficulties in being held. The 2 female high school students struggle to solve the situation.
