Plot
Bart (Eric Kot) is a hired killer and is having trouble finding work. He finally lands a hit and is asked to film it. Well...his first attempt doesn't turn out to good as the camera shots are messy (you try shooting a gun in one hand and getting a decent shot with a camera in the other!). So, he partners up with a wannabe director Chuen (played by Cheung Tat-Ming) and they team up to make videos of Bart "taking out" the "targets". Chuen films Bart killing people and then adds in special effects and music and makes it look professional for the clients.
After their first video succeeds, their business grows quickly and they begin making mad green by taking out a bunch of people in some hysterical situations.
