Plot

Nao Tejima (Kaori Takahashi) & Hiroshi Tsutsumi (Kohki Okada) owns a start-up record company and are set to get married. Hiroshi then gets into a car accident on his way to a Christmas concert by their promising pianist. Hiroshi remains unconscious in the hospital but his spirit becomes transported to a 20 year old patient named Ken Hayashida (Masataka Kubota). The 20 year old man then appears at Nao's door ...
