On a spring day, Myung-Ji (Park Ha-Sun) loses her husband Do-Kyung (Jun Suk-Ho) in a drowning accident. Do-Kyung was a teacher and he died while trying to save his student Ji-Yong (Kim Jung-Chul), who also died in the accident. Myung-Ji is left by herself trying to piece back her life. She travels to Warsaw, Poland to distance herself from her pain. There, she meets her former university classmate Hyun-Suk (Kim Nam-Hee). Meanwhile, Ji-Eun (Jung Min-Joo) grieves over the loss of her younger brother Ji-Yong. Hae-Soo (Moon Woo-Jin) was friends with Ji-Yong and he visits Ji-Eun.
