Michiru Kawano (Aoi Morikawa) is a 25 year old woman and works in the drama production department of a TV station. She has a strong desire to make her own drama someday. One day, a producer, whose drama series is scheduled to be produced, is hospitalized. Michiru Kawano is ordered to work in place of the hospitalized producer. She is enthusiastic at making the drama series. She works with 42 year old veteran director Akiko Saito (Asami Usuda) and timid 35 year old screenwriter Kayo Arisawa (Yoshizumi). They all differ greatly in their personalities and backgrounds. While discussing the drama series script, they have difficulties in coming to agreements or making progress. Akiko Saito and Kayo Arisawa also have their own special circumstances in their private lives.
