Yoo Eun-Sung (Nam Sang-Ji) is an unknown actress, who works for a theater company. She is neglected at home and at the theater company. Yoo Eun-Sung gets involved with Kang Sun-Woo (Lee Do-Gyeom). He is a movie director, who succesffuly made his movie debut in Hollywood. He returns to South Korea and gets involved with unknown actress Yoo Eun-Sung.

Notes

"Unpredictable Family" takes over KBS1's Monday through Friday 20:30 time slot previously occupied by "Apple of My Eye."

Jealous Nov 23 2023 3:07 am It's starting to be annoying. Just like in the love in your eyes, the antagonist kept on sabotaging the female lead at their workplace. I know there should be conflict, but sometimes I wish I could empathize with the antagonist even if she does something wrong (out of love) and have good character development later on. Coz it just feels weird when the writer portray her to be too evil and then suddenly few episodes left, she'll suddenly change. Isn't Ha-Young supposed to be the love team of the lead's brother Eun-Hyuk? Anyways I hope they don't her too evil but have a good character development sooner than later. She takes pride at her work/position at the start, for her to just throw it away like that.

Anyways, I could still watch it, especially because I wanted to see how the leads would overcome this, plus the conflict with ther parents. hopefully it doesn't get unbearable for me.

Blue Oct 06 2023 2:52 pm I'm loving the ml but just about the rest of the cast is just eyerolling at this point. The actress playing the role of the fl yet again casted in the role of a mousy idiot. The fl's parents are awful beyond comprehension. So far I am liking the ml's mother though. The sfl need to be dropped off on an island somewhere and the sml is a moron so far. I don't think this will really start to get good until the leads become a couple and the whole mess about the ex husband taking off with the kids and the truth of that comes to light. For petes sake I wish they'd rework how they do these daily 100+ dramas.

RAKW Sep 25 2023 9:48 pm Why does it seem that most of the performers are overacting to a ridiculous degree. I have seen most of them in other dramas and they were very good and believable. Is the director just not capable? Or, as the characters are written, the roles are immature, narcistic, and have little common sense. I was grateful to see Lim Na-Young acting again but she has had better previous supporting roles to play. I will drop this drama for now and check back around episode twenty-five to see if things improve.

I know that they use the same set on their dramas but most of it they re arrange it but this time they didn't. I just miss the Apple of the Eye cast when I see their house.
