Sakura (Manami Konishi) and Makoto (Hisashi Yoshizawa) married after dating for 5 years. Now, they run a beauty salon together and enjoy their newly married life.

When Sakura was a middle school student, her mother died. Since than, Sakura and her father Tatsuo (Renji Ishibashi) have drifted apart. Makoto has never seen Sakura’s father. One day, Tatsuo visits the beauty salon, but leaves soon after due to the awkward atmosphere with his daughter. He leaves behind a paper bag full of tomatoes.
