Takuzo Kururi (Kotaro Yoshida) lives in Tokyo. He was born and raised there. He creates Dango, a Japanese dumpling and sweet, at a wagashi store. His family has operated the wagashi store for generations.

Takuzo Kururi was once married, but is now divorced. He lives freely. His hobby is to go for walks with his camera which his father gave to him when he was a child. Takuzo Kururi takes pictures of the scenery of Tokyo.

One day, he meets a woman he once liked.
