Junichi Oiwa (Takashi Naito) is the chief of Investigation Division 1 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. His job requires him to oversee 400 detectives, work on the most heinous crime cases and help plan investigations for other cases. He carries a heavy burden with his job. While he works under heavy pressure, he is also admired by other detectives. Junichi Oiwa has worked his way from the bottom to the top.
