Plot

6 year old city boy 'Sang-woo' is brought to his grandma's house in the country for awhile as his mom has to work. He hates his grandma who knows nothing about fast food and he hates rural life where there is nothing fancy to play with. But the way going back home in the city is not pleasant as he thought.

This talks about the unconditional love that the grandparents can give to their grandchildren. This story is really a heartfelt one. I would love to watch this movie again with my whole family ?

KST Feb 28 2022 11:13 am I just watched this movie today! Wow what a heartfelt story this is.This was really a masterpiece. I really mesmerized by seeing little seung-ho 's acting here. Actually he is really worth acting. He deserves acting. He is a great actor now! I am also love to the woman who act as the halmoni. Her acting was really praisable! As I saw this movie has won many awards. Actually this movie really amazing. You too watch this short movie and enjoy the acting of our little seung-ho...saranghae!!!

yes i came here after memorist May 06 2020 12:59 pm this is the first time i watch this masterpiece, i didn't cry but my heart ache so much after watched this movie i love seeing little yoo seung ho's acting, the stare in his eyes never change :) He really grew up so handsomely into a great actor now :)

Jungle_fish Mar 05 2016 4:48 pm Yeah back then before I realize that this movie is k movie I had already liked this movie, its very touching and make me holding back the tears.. *I believe everyone was crying when the film finished* and when I watched yoo seung ho's movie what is it he's being high school detective with kang sora, at that time I knew that yoo seung ho's face is familiar, so he's the child actor in the way home, and until then he proved it that he's a talented actor and become more popular till now..

W Jan 10 2016 9:25 am One of the first few korean movies i've watched. I can safely say it is one of the MOST touching movies i watched till today. Can rewatch and still cry!! Highly recommended for people that is looking for a good and meaningful movie!!
