1 year ago, Seiji Terauchi (Shiro Sano) lost his son and daughter-in-law in a fire accident. He took in his young granddaughter and now raises her. Seiji Terauchi, his father and granddaughter then move into an apartment complex where he used to live as a child. The apartment complex was built in the 1970's. It's now much older and has less residents. For his granddaughter, Seiji Terauchi attempts to bring the apartment complex back to its heydays. Is Seiji Terauchi a savior of the apartment complex or the devil?
