Takeo's (Hiroshi Tamaki) job is to revive struggling companies. Tokio (Sei Hiraizumi) saved Takeo in the past. Tokio is a genius inventor and the founder of a small mold factory, but Tokio dies. Takeo believes that Tokio’s mold factory won’t survive. To revive the factory, Takaeo begins to work there. He struggles to turn the factory around with Tokio's daughter Asako (Shihori Kanjiya), son Nozomu (Junki Tozuka) and factory employee Okemoto (Jun Kunimura).

Meanwhile, Murao (Hidekazu Mashima) plans to take revenge on Takeo, due to an incident from the past. Murao and foreign fund Horizon move to steal the mold factory.

"Spiral: Machikoba no Kiseki" takes over TV Tokyo's Monday 22:00 time slot previously occupied by "Yotsuba Ginko Harashima Hiromi ga Monomosu: Kono Onna ni Kakeru" and followed by "Legal Heart" July, 2019.
