Ryoko Kozuki (Machiko Ono) receives a demotion after having an affair with a superior. Nevertheless, Ryoko as a detective is determined to bring to justice criminals. She then takes on the case "The Prime Ministerial Candidate Snipe Case" which took place 15 years earlier.
