Sa-Gang (Bae Suzy) and Ji-Hun (Lee Jin-Uk), who each have a painful story of a breakup, attend a 7.a.m breakfast gathering for the brokenhearted. Sa-Gang works as a flight attendant and met Pilot Jeong-Su (Yoo Ji-Tae). She fell in love with him, but they broke up. Ji-Hun works as a professional consultant instructor. His ex-girlfriend
Hyeon-Jeong (Keum Sae-Rok) works as a teacher. They had been in a relationship for a long time, but they broke up. People, including Sa-Gang and Ji-Hun, with their own heartbroken stories attend the 7.a.m breakfast gathering for different reasons. They share their own stories and cope with their breakups and heartbreaks.
