PLot
Shinji Aratani (Michitaka Tsutsui) works as the Chief of Family Registry Management Division at the Ministry of Justice. His true job is a secret. Shinji Aratani is responsible for isolating time travelers to a specific residential area and keeping them under observation. In the near future, a time machine is created allowing time travelers to go back in time to redo what has already happened.
