Tadashi Hattori (Gaku Hamada) is an ophthalmologist. At a conference, he hears from a Vietnamese doctor “I wish you would help us.” Tadashi decides to go to Vietnam as a volunteer doctor, but his wife Yui (Ryoko Kuninaka) is not happy with the idea. Tadashi tells his wife he will go only for 3 months. In Vietnam, Tadashi experiences difficulties with a poor medical environment and cultural differences. He also can not get along with Doctor San. One day, a boy appears in front of Tadashi. He is about to lose his eyesight.
