After passing his ESP exam, Keitaro Masuyama (Naoki Tanaka) with his psychic powers opens Masuyama Psychic Office on the second floor of a building in Shibuya. He has members there with certified supernatural powers. They receive requests from clients and attempt to solve their problems.
