Initially the company was named "Han-Won Electronics Inc." and then went through several name changes (Hwa-Seung Electronics, Inc., Nixo Telecom Inc., INNOTZ Inc.) until March of 2006 when the company modified their name to Prime Entertainment. The company is also involved in the IT realm, specifically with Bluetooth and Telematic products.
