Shigeru Kajiwara (Joe Odagiri) works part-time at a company that sells mysterious health food. One day, the other employees run off with the company's money. Shigeru Kajiwara is taken to see the boss of Give Me Money company. The company is located at the top of a mammoth building that overlooks the Shimbashi area. The president orders Shigeru to withdraw the rest of the money. In a moments time, Shigeru is able to collect hundreds of million yen.
The president likes Shigeru and places him in charge of Present For You company, which sells health food. The company is a sham company. The boss tells Kajiwara to clean up Japan.
